Enjoy these delicious vegan chocolate brownies that pack flavor and delight in every bite!
1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9″ x 9″ baking dish.
2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
3Heat a small saucepan on stove at low heat. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and butter. Stir until completely melted. Transfer to medium bowl.
4Stir neat egg together with 2 tbs water. Add mixture to bowl with melted chocolate, along with vanilla extract, sugar and milk. Stir everything together.
5Transfer contents of small bowl into large and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed (you may choose to use a hand mixer). Fold in remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
6Spread batter out evenly in baking dish. Bake for 28-32 minutes, until edges are crisp. Let brownies cool completely before slicing. Top with powdered sugar.
